Battery Below and Unplugged
I think if you choose batter below it should automatically assume you mean "and unplugged." If the Android is plugged in, you don't really care if it's battery is low...
As Chris said, this can be accomplished using the “Locale Power Power Source Plugin.” Simply add a Battery condition to detect the battery level, and a Power Source condition to detect being unplugged. Please note that this plug-in requires Android 2.0 or later.

Bump for having Samsung support Android 2.0+ on the i7500 (or having a power source plug-in for those of us with less awesome pastries!)

I think I accidentally solved this. :-) http://chris.boyle.name/projects/pslp
Add your battery below X% condition, and then add mine: power source = battery. Obviously both are then required.

Same problem here. I'd like to have a switch based on chargeing in progress or not. Together with "Not on conditions" (http://feedback.twofortyfouram.com/forums/5655-locale-feedback/suggestions/108382-not-on-conditions?ref=title) this would be perfect for me!
E.g. "Battery below 10%" AND "not chargeing". -

Wouldn't putting a "Charging" Condition above a "low battery" Condition also preclude *all* lower priority Conditions from firing?

This is not the same feature as "multiple contitions" because creating a situation with two Battery conditions, one for "Below" and one for "Unplugged" actually does an OR of the two, instead of the requested AND.

Cant they are completely unrelated.

Just set charging as higher priority condition. Locale already does AND. I have work AND charging at the moment, regardless of battery less than condition set elsewhere.

Change your votes!!! It's the same feature of "multiple contitions"!!!

This would also be good in combination with the "Not" on conditions. Like "Not" at home and battery <30%, bring adapter.

I think this is a good idea, as I would like my phone to send a text when my phone is less than 10% saying that it may die at any time... will charge soon as poss... and an alternative number to use..., but if I'm charging it at the same time, this isn't needed...

Do need a charging vs non-charging option as well as battery condition.

OK, well then at very least, they should be separate options...

I care, if my battery is low and I'm charging I don't want to turn everything on if I'm trying to get a quick charge. This is especially true when using my proporta (www.proporta.com battery pack), best mobile accessory every btw. G1 would think it's plugged in even if it is a portable battery.
