more precise battery condition
The current level of selecting is quite general, with steps of 10%.
It's desirable to make this more precise. Either 5% or even smaller steps (maybe ad an input field?)

This is now supported in Locale 1.0. The Battery condition in Locale 1.0 supports 5% increments.
Locale 1.0 is available on the Android Market today in countries that support paid apps. Full release notes are here: http://www.twofortyfouram.com/notes.html
