create a "play sound" plugin
I'd like a plugin that will play a sound when a given condition triggers. The plugin should be configurable to play once or repeat and MUST have a "stop" button.
Yes, I know that DroidMunkey has a Play Sound plugin, but theres doesn't stop... and the developers are not responsive. You are.

I use this plug-in daily for testing Locale.
The notification can be configured to be insistent (it keeps playing) until it is dismissed, or it can be configured to play a sound just once.
