I suggest you ...

Add once a day/one per x conditions.

Add the ability to set a condition to be true only once (per day/hour/time range/location, etc.), or only if another situation has/hasn't fired. I have my phone tweet my status based on location, but certain situations I only want to tweet once, like the fact that I've arrived at work. Currently, every time I go across the street and come back it says I'm at work again. Also, when my bus gets to a certain point, I send an SMS to my wife to pick me up at the bus stop. However, if I'm driving (i.e., never was at the bus departure stop), I don't want this to happen. There is no way to do this.

Just set up a time period for it to execute, and you're done...
It should be slightly longer than 10 minutes to ensure it is completed.

For example you might want your phone to sync contacts once a day if it's plugged in, so you pick a time it's commonly plugged in IE. 5AM then have a situation with conditions, is plugged in and is time between 5 AM and 5:15 AM, then you make the action WiFiSync enable Contacts sync, then you insert WiFiSync disable Contacts sync into the default settings, or make a fall-back setting.
