Do a plugin u can set ringers from the calender instead of Locale.
It's nice to select a calendar event in Locale to set ringer and other setting conditions, but how about a Locale plugin that ads a checkbox in calendar so when you create new calendar events, you can turn the ringer off or execute a Locale condition.

This proposal reverses the direction in which Locale interacts with the phone.
It is not possible for Locale to dynamically modify the Google Calendar client built into the phone.
