Add a setting for enable/disable audible and haptic feedback
In certain situations, I would like to change the settings for Haptic Feedback, Audible Touch Tones, and Audible Selection (all options under Sound & Display Settings).
For example, when my Droid is docked/plugged in, I would rather have audible feedback rather than haptic feedback (which vibrates the whole dock!).

This has been implemented by a third party plug-in. The Locale Haptic Feedback Plug-in is now available on the Android Market.
