Add "Notification" Setting back

I really liked the "Notification" Setting in the beta version. I used this to notify me when my battery dropped below a certain percentage. Since my phone shuts itself down silently, this is the only method I have of notifying myself that the phone is close to shutting itself down.

Please bring back the "Notification" Setting.

    The “Locale Notification Plug-in” which costs €.75 accomplishes this.

    Alternatively the free “Locale Play Sound Plug-in” would also work.
