Provide complete documentation
Locale it's an app with enormous potential, we need a bigger documentation, with plenty of examples. We don't even have a forum to ask about it, we need to contact support each time
thanks
Locale offers contextual built-in help in every screen of the app. In addition, we document known issues with various handsets on our website at www.twofortyfouram.com/support.html . We’ve tried to keep the Help and concise as possible, as users are going to be reading it on their mobile phone.
I think the biggest limitation
of the built-in help is that you can’t read all of the documentation in one place, as you have to launch the Help from every screen. But that was a design decision to keep the Help information organized in a comprehensible way for a mobile user.
Is there a specific area of the built-in help that you’ve found to be insufficient? If so, please contact support and we’ll address it.
I’ll also add that many users confuse requests for documentation with requests for implementation details. (E.g. how exactly does the location condition work? When does it decide to use GPS, cell towers, or Wi-Fi? How much do the circles have to overlap?) We don’t document implementation details, as these are internal to Locale and change with future updates.

If the problem here is hosting, I have an account with DreamHost which has MediaWiki built in and I have unlimited bandwidth on this account. It's probably not the most optimal solution, but I could make a subdomain and turn over admin rights of that subdomain to whoever the developer likes. Anyway, the offer is out there.

While it may cost you nickels to run it on your own servers, MediaWiki has an iPhone plugin skin that works for iPhone agent devices:

The problem is finding a hosted Wiki solution that supports mobile devices for viewing, multiple languages for international users, as well thousands of accounts for individual editors. Suggestions?

Instead, please open a Wiki where a group of advocates with knowledge in using Locale can create said documentation, list all available Plugins with QR codes, and then create a database of useful real time examples for setting Locale.
