This may be impossible, but I have this dream, and it just won't die until I know:
Imagine a widget - you tap it, and it brings up a grid of 9 dots (like the android security grid on the lock screen.) Just like the security grid, you draw a pattern of 4+ continuous dots - only instead of unlocking your phone, you set it as a locale condition.
Calling your most frequent contacts, updating facebook/twitter with a predetermined method, or turning on bluetooth, cranking up the volume, and opening the dock screen all at once! Any frequent task you can imagine, all reduced to a gesture.
Maybe it's a pipe dream - but I have to try.

This is implemented by Locale Gesture Control, a plug-in condition available on the Android Market.
To find Locale plug-ins, simply choose “Get plug-ins” from the menu of the main Locale screen.
