a plugin to set background image

a plugin to set background image for devices at 800x480 like the xperia x10 as the current background plug crops images which is not good :( why cant be have them same as original 800x480 image that is stored on mem card

    Locale uses the Android Wallpaper picker for the Wallpaper setting, so this feature already exists.

    This sounds like either an Android bug, or a bug in the xperia version of Android.
