While we all have some debaucherous nights :), this isn’t a well defined feature request for Locale.
What I think you want is a call blocking setting. Probably the best solution would be to send a feature request to the developer of DrunkBlocker to implement a Locale plug-in. This would allow DrunkBlocker to be activated based on any of Locale’s conditions.

This is implemented by the Locale Button Plug-in, which can be found on the Android Market by choosing “Get Plug-ins” from the menu of the Locale home screen.

@jedijunk: by overriding all profiles settings with another profile you'll disable Locale's capabilities of recognize a different situation untile that profile will be manually disabled. A manual triggered event, at least as I intended, should not avoid Locale to continue to work and override again my manual settings with another profile when the situation occours.

A way to manually exit early from a situation, and another one to stay in a situation until a manually-triggered event happens, could do the trick. For example: I use to have 2 profiles when I'm at home: the first (Home) is location-triggered and happens when I reach my apartment, and the second (Home at night) is the same and when it's night time. In this way I can silent email & sms notifications during sleep, and get them back when I wake up. But when it happens that I go to sleep/wakeup before/after scheduled times, Locale doesn't follow me. A trick that does partially that work is to enable/disable my "Home at night" profile, prioritized on top to override the "Home"'s one. But there are still two issues using this way: the first is that when I disable the "Home at night" profile to stay up late, I could forget to enable it again and get notifications sounds during sleep; and the second is when I want to wake up late in the morning and my "Home at night" profile get disabled by scheduled time, it will happens the same. So, for my own personal scenario, the manual feature should implement 1) a way to stay in/stay out from a situation for a determined period of time (the timeout you mentioned) 2) a way to exit from a situation only when a manual event was triggered.

At long last Locale 3.0 introduces the Calendar condition to detect events on your Google Calendar, Exchange Calendar, or any other calendar supported by Android.
While Locale 3.0 is available for Android 2.2 or later, the Calendar condition requires Android 4.0 or later. To learn more about Locale 3.0, please see our release notes here http://blog.twofortyfouram.com/post/19303488607/locale-3-0

Locale 3.0 now includes a built-in Media Volume setting.
For those who are looking for Voice or Alarm volume settings, I’ve created two new requests. Please cast your votes there.
Voice Volume Setting http://locale.uservoice.com/forums/5655-locale-feedback/suggestions/450512-voice-volume-setting
Alarm Volume Setting http://locale.uservoice.com/forums/5655-locale-feedback/suggestions/450514-alarm-volume-setting

I use to turn off all notification (sms, mail, call ring) during night. But I use my Android to wake up me in the morning too, and I don't want to be forced to turn on notifications before my alarm rings. So I'd find very useful to separate alarm volume from the others. More than useful: necessary.

I was just looking for this kind of feature request, to stay in quiet when I'm at home: as Sturmeh suggested, this could be made by launching a Telephone Blacklist System app when in a certain situation (e.g.: when you're at home). But to exit that situation, that external app needs to exit by itself (e.g.: at a scheduled time). The best should be an app as a Locale plugin, so it can be triggered according to Locale's profiles.
