      This would be great because I have 11 different phones that all chime simultaneously every time I get an email. Unfortunately it isn’t a single feature that Locale can provide. Notifications are issued on a per application basis, so each app has it’s own private configuration for Notifications.

      There are two thing Locale can do:
      1. Set the volume, which will suppress audible and vibrating Notifications. However, notification icons will still appear at the top of the screen
      2. Certain third party apps contain Locale Plug-ins to control Notifications. A great example is K9 mail client. By switching to K9, you would gain control of at least email notifications. If there are other apps that you would like to see supporting this, please contact those developers
