Locale support this already: simply open the app it and it will immediately check your location.

Locale doesn’t have a specific frequency in which Locations will be updated; the app uses an advanced scheduler to decide when location should be checked. On average, location changes will be detected within 4 minutes.

To improve Location accuracy, please read about training on our support page http://www.twofortyfouram.com/support.html

Update: Ok, so I found some people asking for similar functionality in the past. While I realize that technically OR functionality is already possible by creating multiple situations (in fact, this is currently my solution), I find this somewhat kludgey, tedious, and not apt to scaling up. If OR is tricky to impliment within a situation, can we at least meet halfway by providing the functionality to 'copy' a situation, so all I have to do is edit the condition? As a usage example, I have at least 3 different "Home" situations: There's my general purpose "home", then "home at night" for when things quiet down a bit, then there's "nightstand at home." Each one of these has a set of nuanced settings that i'd want to replicate for other locations. I don't think I have the mental capacity to recreate each one of these situations accurately.
