        This is now supported with the combination of Locale 1.0 and the “Locale Dock Plug-in”, both of which are available on the Android Market in countries that support paid apps.

        Locale 1.0 supports plug-in conditions, so many more exciting features are coming soon :)

        Another vote for a car dock detection event, coupled with the ability to enable automatic display brightness (and no display timeout) as an action. The car environment is definitely worthy of its own set of actions, and the car dock event seems the only reliable way to trigger them automatically... I'm using an ad-hoc manual condition to at least trigger Bluetooth on and no display timeout now. For manually-triggered situations/overrides I define a condition that always true (i.e. Time = 3AM to 2:59AM), put them at the top of the situation list, and leave them toggled off except when I need them.
